Warranty Policy:

Our Warranty policy applies to products purchased directly through our company as well as through any of our authorized distributors.
We guarantee all our products to be free of any defects in materials or workmanship.
Empro reserves the right to inspect any items/parts that the end-user may consider defective. Items must be returned to Empro’s warehouse at the cost of the end-user. Incurred charges will be credited only upon Empro’s discretion.
Empro does not cover any physical damage to any items, damage that occurs due to regular use, damage that occurs due to mishandling, damage occurred during shipping, or damage that occurs due to weather or acts of ‘God’. Shipemnts that are damaged should be noted immediately with the carrier before signing for any shipment and should be brought to the attention of Empro’s staff immediately. All packaging materials must be kept in the case of any inspection when items may be damaged during transit.
Our price signs do not have any specific time period in which the warranty applies. We expect all our distributors and end-users to inspect all products before their use. Any missing items/parts should be brought to the attention of Empro’s staff immediately and before the items are used. Once an item is installed/used/reassembled/etc, the product becomes the sole responsibility of the end-user.
Empro will not be responsible for any costs incurred in the return of an item. Any costs incurred while not possessing any item or for any fines incurred while not using Empro’s products.
Management staff has full discretion over this policy and it may change at any time without notice to distributors or end users.
